Dear Levi,
You are three months old now!
You are still a little cuddle bug and have the sweetest, most kicked-back personality. You are pretty quiet but I live for the tiny coos that escape your precious mouth and the amazing gooey smiles. You still haven't uttered full-blown laughs, just the half-laugh variety. It is really adorable though.
I still dig those moments just you and me, face to face, as you lay against my thighs and stare back at me. It's the best. You can be sure that I'm trying to memorize your little features just as you are studying mine. You are growing up before my eyes and I don't want to forget a thing.
You are getting really strong. You like to be held in the standing position. You love to stand up and admire your cute little self in the bathroom mirror. You look adorable in your birthday suit :) You can swat at toys on your play mat or the ones above your vibrating seat. You can even scoot up or down when you are laying on your back. When you wake up, I often find that you have scooted down about six to twelve inches from where I put you.
About the sleeping thing. The day after you turned two months old, you began to sleep through the night (8-9 hours). You did this four times that week. I thought we were really on to somethin'! But since then, you have regressed :/ You get up once or twice during the night, sleeping for 3-6 hour chunks at night. Good thing you're cute ;)
You love to suck on your hands. You also take a pacifier, which your sister never did.
You are so handsome. I can't stop kissing your soft, plump cheeks! You are the most precious, perfect son I could ever have hoped for. I love you soooo much. Being your mommy is truly a joy!
